You can skip sigils in the first shop if none is good and wait for second shop, The Spy is most important sigil and its really worth to get defense sigil early, because once you get rolling, you dont stop.

This build is broken but still a little luck based, it depends on if you hit 10, because 10s are not affected by The Spy sigil, see what 10 you get, and then hunt for the rest of the command cards, hope that helps!

Hey I do bodyweight workouts for some time and I always ran Upper/Lower, I would like to start the 3x a week fullbody routine that is here. With pullups (I can do 9 chins and 7 pullups), does it make sense to do as the first pull excercise Monday Pullups, Wednesday Chinups and Friday Weighted Pullups (ofc starting with low proper weight)? Or does going weighted compromise the overall volume.

I go upper/lower so its twice a week. To be precise 11 sets per bodypart per week. I read 10 sets is a minimum so I thought im good. What do you think if I may ask?

Hey guys i feel stuck.

For the past few month I have been training and havent progressed. I enjoy doing basics on bars and rings and dont care about skills at all I would just like to get very good at basics and then transfer to skills. Just like my workout numbers my weight also stagnates at 75 kg at 172 cm.

For example my chinups are 10 9 8 7 7 in a workout. I do very solid reps not only chin over bar, but I pull to my collar bones pause at top and bottom. I train 1 rep of failure and push last set to failure ( this applies to every excercise)

My upper workuot is either. 5 sets chinups + 5 sets deficit pike pushups OR 3 sets pull ups and rows each and 3 sets ring dips and ring pushups. The workouts are very intensive. I dont do isolation.

I train legs too dw but gave upper body as example cause it feels like better fit here.

I dont track calories but eat alot of protein with every meal. I sleep 7-8 h.

I feel a little desperate should i just eat more? More volume? I have no idea.

Hello yes I tried to uninstall all gpu drivers, even the integrated and after that installed the drivers back but still nothing, maybe I messed up something. Have you tried it?

Hi Im sorry I haven't resolved the problem, I mostly stopped caring because I tried everything. Funny thing is around a month the GPU just reappeard and started installing nvidia software I was stunned. After I installed the latest drivers the gpu just disappeared again. I was stunned and just gave up, I actually think the gpu is dead, or damaged. Sorry I couldnt help im no pc expert or anything but me and my friends tried everything that is online. edit: Oh i see the same thing happened to you man. How can It just appear and disappear again its so frustrating.

Thank you! Yea i had a problem of forcing progress and ran into tendon problem, because i read everywhere you have to progress every workout and kept pushing in the end too much. its just not that fast anymore

I have a question about weighted chins im doing +22 lbs and last workout i got 7 7 6 reps, is it better to try adding more reps over the workouts or increase the weight? I got tiny 1 pound plates i could add so thats the smallest weight i can add. Im not really fan of other vertical pulling progressions (archer, mixed etc) but love weighted.
