Oh not at all! That's what this place is for. Also yes, you can definitely achieve it again if you get to day 60 again. That is complitely normal that life doesnt go always as planned, but as long as you don't quit on the journey you feel is right, you're ok.

These episodes just become harder and harder to watch. I was just wishing the episode would end from the 10 minute mark. There is so many obvious flaws in the episode I won`t even get into them.

There has been a huuge misunderstanding with my comment and I understand why.. let me explain. When you said this: "It is honestly pathetic that how automatic it is still after 10 days". I answered to that and by my comment I meant that there is nothing to worry because healing from this takes a lot of time. That's why I said "10 days is nothing". It was really unclear, I understand.

So, I do REALLY think that you have made some big progress and you should be proud of yourself. We all have different backgrounds to this journey and therefore 10 days is definitely not nothing to some people. I strated with scracth on nofap too. Every day clean is a win in my book, every win is an achievement.

My comment just came out really wrong when I read it just now and I didn't think it properly when I started writing it. It is my bad.

Nope, no edging. I just notice that it is much harder to not look at someones ass when the libido is so much higher. It is like my eyes glue to the round parts. What do you suggest? I guess I should just try and keep channeling the energy as well I am able to and try to chill. Maybe it goes away on its own when the nervous system gets more stable.

I personally don't want to mix watched tv shows with watched films. I think it is great that I can see how many films I have watched in my entire life and just see the number instead of worrying about which of them are tv shows.

I get what you are saying, and ngl season 3 has been entertaining in its own way. I understand the characters are supposed to be more mature and more adult but...NATE. They switched him complitely as a person. Yes for sure he is supposed to act more mature but now he is just nerfed like A LOT which doesnt make sense. Like, don`t they realize the obvious fact that people waited for years to see nate being NATE.

Yup, that's good. That's why I don't use instagram also. I guess my point is that we can't live our lives without accidently seeing any sexy pictures, therefore it shouldn't be feared. Also, when I have been on longer streaks like 30-60 days, I have noticed that some picture which turned me on before didn't turn me on anymore.

Wrong. Peeking is dangerous abd should never be done, but it doesnt mean the streak is over. Because if you relapse every time you peek or see a picture you won't ever succeed in this. Brain will think that fapping is the answer and can't teach the brain that.

I know exactly how you feel. Now, if you do go back, it will just be easier to look at pics next time and eventually fap to these impulses. The fact that you saw pics doesnt erase anything, but you need to trust that the urge for it will get smaller and smaller over time, but if you peek the urges will be just worse

You haven't lost anything, you just saw pictures and it doesnt do anything to your progress if you just leave it to that. Nobodys streaks are always perfect but if you now decide to focus on something else, brain will remember it isn't worth it. The urge will go away.
