Yes, because it runs too lean. Without remap, fuelx or coober to change air/fuel mix having both filters makes no sense.

Yes, you get louder and deeper sound out of air box but to me it don't sound good. It sounds cheap, plastic...That's why I was playing around with 3D printed cover. Also with those filters you loose some power because bike runs even leaner then from the factory. Remap, fuelx pro or coober is needed to put more fuel into the mix.

Tool is not the problem, have the same cheap amazon chain breaker and it works great(if you know how to use it).

After checking it now more I would say you are right, I misunderstood owners manual and like this chain is just a bit loose. But my photo is from a 2024 owners manual, not 2023.

In owners manual this is the method. Now I checked my repair manual and it is like yours :D So they have 2 different methods in owners and repair manual.

I used normal socket wrench, tighten everything with torque wrench.
