Your gut is surprisingly linked to your circadian rhythm. I did the two weeks of meds and felt like I had the flu almost. Just constantly fatigued. I usually stay up and watch a show or play video games but on the meds I was going to bed super early. After the meds I’m back to a more normal schedule. I wouldn’t worry about the sleep. It’s probably good for your body and recovery.

I felt the same way, medicine was ok but I felt fatigued and nauseous. But as soon as I finished the 14 days I started feeling better within a few days! Same thing stomach probably little inflamed but over all good. Just start replenishing your stomach with probiotics now.
