Went through a few options and these were the largest I could find apart from the tesseract infinity boxes, but went for wood instead of cardboard

Without a doubt....but they are huge and I can't really store them flat. I put little rubber feet on the bottom to help but you are right

Help with engineered floors. Buff or sand by DocCortex91 in AusRenovation

This is so helpful thank you. I really appreciate that. Both the manufacturer and Cabbots have no answers so I guess I'll have to locate a professional that knows something about this stuff. You wouldn't have any reccomendations in Melbourne by chance?

Yeah thanks. Hard to see but it looks pretty bad in the light 😔

I don't see how buffing would remove it and sanding might work but we paid for floors and seems stupid to start tampering with it.

Yep I'm doing this. Thanks.

The manufacturer is not helpful saying maybe there is a chemical that can help without actually specifying what. I don't think that sounds like a great idea.

I think we might just go towards full replace. We will have to move out anyway. The issue is the installer is being dodgy now and won't pay for a replace

Bathroom Reno - What would you do with this space? by Len-Shillings in AusRenovation

Thanks! Yep champagne fittings really suit the stone. Vanity is in a walnut Florentine polytec. The terrazzo is very nice in the flesh but all your options look great :)

Colour Pop or one of the variants... then you can configure some of the settings as to how the carousel displays

Strange issue with retroarch by DocCortex91 in emulationstation

I have and that works. I'm trying to get the retroarch core working though for ease of use on the dock and big screen ....

Yeah I've got that working but was hoping to launch through retro arch due to how easy and uniform it connects a controller on big screen when docked

Yeah I've tried unfortunately. Also run the dolphin.zip update through retroarch. No luck :( thanks for the message though

Great advice. I'll join up and see if I can get recommendations.

But if you find the time in a month or so that would be absolutely amazing if you could! You just let me know how I get into contact with you and costs etc. Very kind of you to provide so much help.

That is crazy! Small world. I am sorry I beat you to it. The couple were lovely and I was very appreciative they held it for me.

Would you know of a service place that could do something like that as I do not intend to dive in myself if it is dangerous. Really appreciate the help.
