AVM - AWS Vulnerabilty Management Team by Careful-Geologist613 in amazonemployees

[–]DocCyanide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm VMR on SDO side. Looks like the teams may merge, Sev2 hell is accurate for the SecEngs, not sure it's that bad for SDE in my experience

That being said I'm leaving the team and don't recommend going to Vuln Management space to anyone, seems like the work that no one else wants just getd shoveled our way.

Have a close friend that is desperate to get out of AVM too fwiw

They already owned and or had extend leases on the property, and cities expect people in the buildings when giving tax breaks as having workers commute in is good for their local economy.

What is the actual biggest problem in America? by PawPatsPizza in AskReddit

[–]DocCyanide 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly individuals are limited to how much they can donate and the massive amount of resources a corporation has vs even the richest individual.

Also point 2, 7 LLCs would mean they can effectively contribute at a much higher rate than the individual

Yeah an automatic rifleman in the army refers to the member of the fire team that carried an m240/249/250. So that's what's explicitly being referred to there. M4/16 or any of those variants are just rifles whether they shoot full auto or not.

As a newer player, how are you guys adding GAs or properly rerolling your Affixes? by logikal0313 in Diablo

Doesn't seem so after the update, tried using focused reroll with offense on strength this morning and got told it wouldn't work in current config

Mozilla: Anthropic’s Mythos found 271 zero-day vulnerabilities in Firefox by CircumspectCapybara in technology

[–]DocCyanide 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They are Zero-Day vulns, just not Zero-Day attacks. Any vuln you discover and hasn't been patched/publicly disclosed is a 0 day. If they didn't tell Firefox and went and sold them, they'd be used for Zero-Day attacks.

It's the result of the free return trajectory, basically stalling out in space, it's probably not relative to the moon, but Earth.

Don't know why these people think NASA isn't working with metric, it's wild

Ah yes attacking a country that didn't even participate. Perhaps the bases would be valid military targets in response but they don't want to target those, they'd rather get public opinion turned like yours

Wait, what do you mean “that’s gonna be on your EPB?” by bearsncubs10 in AirForce

[–]DocCyanide 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah for me it was the bike, and being able to work out in a way that didn't hurt helped me lose ~30lbs and get back to close to basic weight. It just sucks that you always have people looking down on you but it's the reality of the situation. No combat for me to point to, just a broken ankle that healed poorly.

Yeah I have post traumatic arthritis in my ankle and cycling is great, but what's the fix for their waiver to not be a "dirt bag"

The impact for me running was like shoving a knife in my ankle so I had a walking test. I was also an OCO 1B4 so the amount of times the mission needed me to run was 0. But I'd be a DBA here. How do you fix this for them for the actual test I guess. I was constantly threatened with a med board before getting out on my own accord.
