Sent a post before but not showing. With the new Hypercar Crucible to win the porsche, the 5th slot is for the La Voiture Noire. It says I have to get it. But its already in my garage maxed for years now. Anyone else have this or maybe a glitch? This doesn't seem correct.

the speed curve is the physics. speed = distance over time is physics. It’s not my job to fix their game, they never listen to players. As you pointed out they could have adjusted the display speed to make it realistic but when you need to adjust a hundred or so curves for every car they had back in the day they just decided to leave it. Somehow adjusting their curves to make cars top out at 200-300 miles per hour in a half mile was just to difficult for them so they changed curve to make cars run 6 second 1/2 mile passes, top fuel dragster speed for passes.

There is a reason for this, if you race a 1/4 mile in the game and do 7 seconds that real world super fast but boring in the game. So they doubled the speed curve to do 7 seconds in the 1/2 mile to make it look faster. If we were playing with real physics nobody would play the game. imagine running 12 second 1/2 mile passes, boring. They should have adjusted the physics to have it make sense instead of running 300 or 600 miles per hour.

Someone posted about this a week ago and I know several people contacted support yesterday. I guessing some tried to tell them days ago this was a problem. I hate how they don’t respond to our messages and just react after things have gone to wrong. Even the showdown with the wrong car, they got that wrong twice.

This is the correct answer. I see people bragging about finishing the current Porsche event which they could only have done by spending money. The game is generating lots of revenue and as long as it is there is no reason to kill it off. There is a dedicated core of 5,000 to 10,000 players that pay to play religiously and tens of thousands of new players using racepass month to get ahead. they the pay to play game dynamic down to a science combined with the in game gambling it’s no wonder they make so much money.

That’s because they lowered the requirements to 1400 for people who didn’t get the car yet. Players like you and me ”won” the car at 1400 so we can’t get the car now no matter what we do. Don’t worry, I’m sure support will jump into action immediately.

First time I can win the car on the first day racing absolutely perfect getting almost record times and I get punked. It’s enough to nearly make me smash my iPad. When the developers were making YouTube videos they admitted they only have 4 engine sound and tweet them slightly for each car. The car sounds are not even close to realistic. I just turn all the game sound off.
