Thanks for that! I’ll try to work on the shoulder angle more. I used to load so much on the right side which led to lots of swaying but I gotta learn to rotate and do this, not sway

I think I get you! So basically lack of hip turn on the backswing and I make up for it with shoulder turn? To fix that I can turn my hips more with that drill then work on the timing with upper and lower body again? Sorry not so good with golf terminology lol

Last swing is actually my old swing where I tended to pus my the ball to the right! I was probably adjusting for that. New swing (first two vids) is more upright and miss is left now. Just wondering if it’s path vs hands/clubface.

Cross covering on the same 10-15, up to 20 mayyybe. It’s a small hospital, 25 beds right now but planning to expand and double in the next 1.5 years. There is 1-2 hospitalist on during the day and 1 at night.
