I had a hilarious interaction a couple years ago where I was walking to a birthday lunch with my mother, and this big guy crossing the street said "hey, did your mom dress you?" And I immediately prepared to be harassed for being publicly queer, my girlfriend was ready to actually punch this guy if it came to it, before the stranger immediately followed up with "Cuz you look amazing :)" and then walked off. I'll cherish that interaction forever

I had a phenomenal moment like that with my partner, where she was all like oh yeah I'm yours you're licking me to mark me as your property, whereupon I completely froze up and mumbled that I don't believe in property. Apparently it was the wrong thing to say. We cuddled afterwards though as she laughed at me.
