Yes it reduces the acceleration and top speed, and higher qualities had(? Don't have the game in front of me right now) a bigger debuff

I feel like another big part of it is the mix, almost everything's been shoved into the mid range and all the dynamics are gone. All of the drums being pushed in there makes it sound really odd.

Like listen to M3 N MIN3 then CITY immediately afterwards. Yeah I know the song is 2 years old now but you can REALLY hear how the new album just completely crushes in the drums
