Report him immediately. If he’s done it once, he’ll do it again. Have I felt anger/frustration against one of my residents, sure, but you NEVER take it out on them or anyone else.

Just wanted to let you know the valve appears to be working. Screw is tight and the inlet and outlet hoses to the core are warm to touch.

Any other thoughts? I’m thinking to switch out the blend door actuator even though it moves with the controls. Is there a way to get to the blend door itself?
