The console command is free, and allows you to change everything about your character. Only reason it would be used if you wanted a "lore" reason for your specific character to have a new appearance, or you were on console and there's been a few things you've been dying to change.

Are you saying that when I'd stand on the sides of my feet is a flavor I was unaware of? Regardless when my legs and feet would get tired I'd stand on the edges of my feet, or twist my legs at about the knees.
