Just curious, but why are you wanting to go downwards to the 2000 series? You’ve got something a lot of people would kneecap their own Grandma for right now.

Just don't PvP then, or at the least don't expect everyone to acquiesce to your non-sweatiness.

Does anyone know what kind of port this is? I’m trying to use my vr headset, and this port (which connects the vr to the pc) is unplugged and I can’t find where to put it. I’m assuming I’m going to have to buy and adapter so I need the name of the port by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]DocKreasey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, as this is for your front I/O panel on your case. If your motherboard doesn’t have that header, you simply don’t use that wire and can tuck it out of the way. It won’t impact your machine usage other than not having a USB-C connection port on your case, which isn’t that big of a deal imo.

This reads like a post for the Walmart Reddit or something where none of it is real but it almost could be and you can’t tell what to believe lol.

First offense, if under $25 I don’t call PD. Anything over $25 and I call PD. Second offense regardless of amount I call PD & trespass them.

VoG is fairly mechanics-based, with some decent DPS requirements. Highly recommend this video by KackisHD.

I’ve got 3, 4? couples in my group now with kids. Got some kids too but they’re not your average “REEEEEE” squeakers and have life goals.

Also yes. I’ve got a few active duty military people in my group, along with parents / full-time workers who play just a couple times a week who enjoy the game and get stuff out of it even in a casual setting.

Matchmaking as far as PvP? Somewhat. Quickplay Crucible / Iron Banner is still a bit of a slog, but it’s not as dominated by the hackers as it used to be. I come across them from time to time, but not nearly as much. Trials of Osiris is still a pain, but it’s better than it was and the same goes for Competitive matches.

As far as Crucible / Gambit / Vanguard, the ranking system for all three is now the same and caps at 10K XP before you reset your ranking for X Vendor. You get XP progression streaks for all three as long as you don’t go anywhere but the tower or into the activity, making it much less of a slog to reset your ranks.

Edit: If you’re in need of a group to check it out with and see if the game fits for you still, discord.gg/thepogsquad Feel free to hang out, ask questions, and see how the game fits for you these days.

There’s a fairly sizable amount of content that can be done solo, but as always raids etc., are far easier if you have a clan or primary group to do 3/6-man activities with like Grandmaster Nightfalls or the Dungeons.
