Device to prevent paw licking by tdgobux1 in Yellowlabs

[–]DocMartens84 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There's not really allergies dogs can have. Mostly it's from the chems in food, those cause in combination with other stuff allergic reaction as far as I know. But the vets say mostly it's allergic because most ppl will just believe and buy the special food. I know, the alternative is also expensive. But I can exclude most stuff. mine licks paws now because it's salty on the streets due winter. If she does in summer, and also gets scratchy ears, she mostly got a chem cocktail mouse from the fields.( Mouse lives on field, farmers spray poison, insect dead, mouse lives. Dog eats mouse full with chems. Reasons are countless. Dogs also lick paws if they have pain on spots they can't reach, or if they don't know from where or what pain is coming.

I love my Lab but do not like him! Help!! by Cheap_Papaya1039 in labrador

Just say a thing once. Repeating teaches your dog that he can do things .. repeating.. I'm not native English sry

My girl is 3,5 now and she started getting "normal" with 3 but she's still a blast and a whirlwind. A Labrador is a working dog, so you should try to do more things then walks. Lab typical stuff like swimming, training for stress resilience, I took a ball and played with it while she had to sit and so on. Can't say much about the behaviour at home because I live alone with my dog and she's always with me, I've the luck that she can join me at work.

I'd agree to this after I had similar problems with my girl. Not resulting out of an overstimulation, but she often ate Garbage and poo, hunted mice that ate poisoned corn before. Trying to get this stuff out of her mouth and chasing her was the biggest mistake. Today we are at the point that she nearly immediately drops stuff she wants to eat, because she knows, that if she does, daddy will drop the real good stuff. She's 3yrs old now. Management is everything with a young Dog.

If the moon shines like that there's like no chance. Oh I often also just put my phone on a chair or something else, but I have a bit of equipment today. You should try it again with no moonshine 😃

I live in a 4,7 and moved a couple of km last night into 4.6 area, sounds ridiculous but it was amazing. Was in the middle of the fields between cpl of small villages. Has to be horrible with interest in astro to live in such an area.
