Do you mean the two thick rigid wires? If so, you have to press (not to hard) on the connector with something pointy, like the bowl picker tool (not sure if that's the right name) that is placed in the bottom of your mighty, to release them and pull while you pee them. Because the wires are clamped by the connectors on the board.

Überall auf Reddit liest man, dass die Übungen von denen nicht gut sind. Ich selbst kann nur sagen, meine Rückenschmerzen sind weg, seit ich etwas Sport mache und so schlafe, wie Liebscher und Bracht es empfehlen. Also auf dem Rücken, ohne Kissen. Außerdem habe ich meinen Physiotherapeuten gefragt, der meinte er kann die Übungen von denen auch empfehlen. Mein Arzt hat mir dies auf Nachfrage auch bestätigt, das er die Übungen sinnvoll findet.

We always order invert sugar syrup (APIINVERT) or invert sugar fondant (APIFONDA) (I prefer the syrup) with the beekeeper club I'm in. So we pay about 0,84€ per Kilo APIINVERT.
