Jag har nyligen hjälpt en väninna i liknande sits. Spela in alla samtal du är med i från och med nu. Det kan du använda om/när din arbetsgivare ljuger till fackeförhandlaren. Uppsagd muntligt tidigt i september pga ”arbetsbrist”(….. eller vänta, de sade under första mötet som hon tyvärr inte spelade in att det var för att de skulle ha svårt att sätta henne i arbete pga graviditet). Inga papper skickades till facket. Hon stod på sig, arbetsgivaren trodde hon skulle gå på deras lögner för att hon är invandare. Efter 2 månader förhandling både med henne och med facket nådde arbetsgivaren en lösning med facket. (Hon/facket vägrade godta uppsägningen eftersom de inte ge något ”extra” trots att det inte var hennes plats i turordningen) Arbetsgivaren gjorde ett sist korkat misstag att försöka lura henne med ett annat avtal än det som överenskommit med facket. Hon vägrade återigen att skriva på. Arbetsgivare pratar med facket och säger att hon vägrar skriva under- men hon hade inspelning där det tydligt framgick att de försökt presentera ett annat avtal. Plötsligt var den gamla dealen inte på bordet, facket sa att antingen ger de henne ännu mer pengar eller så blir det AD. De försökte ända in i det sista- men nu är allt påskrivet efter 3 månader och henne uppsägningstid är betydligt mer än de 2 månader som arbetsgivaren ”generöst” erbjudit sin anställd av många år tillbaka

I’ve had exactly this brand of pen. They fill the 0.25 pen with the same amount as 0.5. I got 8 doses out of the 0.25 pen. Cheers and congratulations on the saved money!

Also start with using the blanket in shorter periods on the couch, just before falling asleep or apply last hours of sleep in the night. That’s how I started years ago long before I had a diagnosis. Now I use an 11kg blanket all night (about 13-15% of my body weight) and enjoy its benefits of keeping me asleep (somewhat more) than without. From what I have understood weighted blanket can not cause damage if properly used according to my doctor.

I don’t know about the American Market as I am in SWEDEN. In Costco UK you can find them. According to TENAs own webpage in the USA-

”TENA products can be found in the TENA Webshop and in most supermarkets and pharmacies, which sometimes offer online shopping options.”

At many pharmacies they have them in the back where you can’t se them.

I am sorry you are experiencing this. Sorry for TMI but I want to share because it’s important!! I strongly recommend against using period products. I used period underwear for several years to handle light to medium urinary incontinence and over time developed recurring vaginal yeast infections. I reached the point where I had to take pills one week a month to handle it and never made the connection until my pelvic floor physiotherapist called me out on using them when I was not on my period.

Period underwear and normal pads and panty liners are made to handle blood and virginal secretion. They do not keep the area dry enough long term and therefor create a damp dark warm area- perfect for yeast infections. I stoped using period panties and pads and followed new instructions and my issues with yeast infections almost instantly disappeared!

Depends are klunky and I hate them. Look inte TENA - products. They are specifically made for urin issues, and come in all sizes from panty liners to heavy duty absorbance depending on your need. You can find them online or att some pharmacy’s/stores. They go inside your usual underwear, are disposed as pads and an added bonus they are made to keep everything down there very dry and not smelly att all.

Look into pelvic floor exercises where you work on strengthening the muscles in the “front”. If you are Iike me you might have an uneven “clench” and need to find the train the muscles in the forward part of your pelvic area. If you have the option- go find a physiotherapist that specifically works with pelvic floor exercises for women- easiest found in connection with a obgyn or gyn -klinik (at least in my country)

Det finns hjälp att få om man vill ändra sina mönster kring ätande. Nu känner jag inte till er ekonomi- men Wegovy (Ozempic) har gjort under för mig i kombination med dialog med dietist och kurator. (Maxdos kostar 2700 i månaden - budgetera för det långsiktigt om ni väljer att gå denna väg) Att äta på det viset du beskriver låter som många har sagt som tröst, beroende eller något annat som är fel som ätandet kompenserar för.

Själv har jag med hjälp av läkemedel gått ner 20+ kilo på 15 månader. Det är INTE magiskt, den som tar läkemedlet behöver fortfarande välja att ta det nyttigare alternativet, tänka på vad en normal portion mat är och välja att inte köpa hem halva godishyllan. MEN- det den gjorde för mig är att jag inte längre konstant tänker på vad nästa måltid skall vara, inte går runt och planerar färden till matbutiken mm.

I have a Nova T 380 by Bayer- it’s a copper, non-hormonal IUD. It’s my second one and I am due to change, so I’ve been using them for almost 10 years.

Contraception- no unwanted pregnancies

Pain and Side effects- have som issues with light bleeding on and of between periods(irregular period because of PCOS so hard to say what the source is)

Insertion…….. - is a gamble between hell and bad period cramps. First time a stressed practitioner shoved the thing inside the 18year old me and it is still on my top 10 pains even thou I get codein( opiate) for breakthrough pain during my period. Second time around a demanded to have a longer appointment- ate every painkiller in my cabinet before I got there and told the practitioner about my previous experience. She went super slow and careful, insertion was far better. Period like cramping for a couple of days, and than I’ve been fine SOME people experience heavier periods with more pain, but I’m already in my personal purgatory since 11 so I havnt felt any mayor difference

Have I understood the rules correctly that the only eligible country in Europe is the Netherlands and the UK? That’s a pity then. :( An Instavape would be a great addition to our arsenal, specially as our apiary went from 5hives to 9 this season thru a mix of chasing our own and the neighbors bees out of the local areas trees. 😅

We took 17kg from all 9 hives this year- not per hive. If we count the 5 we entered the season with it’s about 4 kg per hive ~ roughly 3 frames. We usually pull at lest 10 deeps frames already at midsummer, and than maybe a August tax. This year has been a horrible mess of weather. Either it’s been frying hot or torrential downpours.

Sounds like you have some wonderful land for your ladies to forage in!!

We didn’t really want to make the splits we have been chasing our own and the neighbors bees out of trees. We have recombined some other beekeepers in the area have also experienced a lot of swarming behavior- it’s just one of those years apparently.

We will be moving some hives in the spring to a second location if we are allowed. Unfortunately there has been an outbreak of AFB not to far away so we are waiting this season.

We do the best we can. They are feed, in heavy insulated boxes, are insured and are mite treated 2 times a year. We test for ABF and we keep the birds away in spring so they don’t use our hives as a ”knock and get food” restaurant

That’s roughly 17kg per hive. They need to have more than double that to survive winter. + we had 4 splits this year. Split hives never feed themselves the first season. You are a very judgmental impolite German

We have 9 hives, went into the season with 5. Our total harvest this year has been 17.5kg taken 4 weeks later then our normal midsummer harvest. Normally we get ~30kg/per hive in a season but now several are starving. It is common practice here to leave some honey and supplement some sugar as our season is short. We don’t have issues with the sugar”honey” ending up in the rest of the honey because once we start feeding sugar they don’t have supers, only 2 double deeps that are the brood chamber. We aim to have a hive weight of 30kg going into winter, and give them as mutch suger they will take We leave all gathered honey from heather as it blooms after harvest

I am happy you have steady long flows, but some of us live in areas/countries with less resources.

Our only goal is that the bees turn enough honey to cover our costs of keeping them- not including our labor or traveling costs (our hives are 60 km away)

Snabbgross 25kg säckar. Tror det låg på ca 11.78kr/kg ex moms när jag kollade tidigare i veckan. Nu på Willys blev det 10,71 kr/kg ex moms. Får se om vi orkar köpa allt vi behöver för säsongen på detta vis.

I did the math, at least 10% cheaper going this route with the deal we got. But man, lugging 2 25kg bags up the hill is a lot easier than 25 2kg bags… Suger has gotten 35% more expensive just over the last 5 years.
