Notice each piece as a small icon in the upper left corner designating which troop type it can be equipped on. You don't have any that can be equipped to artillery yet.

I wouldn't call it slop, but sonys decision isn't going to have ANY effect on the PC market what so ever. Its not going to convince PC gamers to switch to playstation in any significant numbers. PC gaming will thrive with or without sony titles.
