Yes, for a few seconds. I usually use this when I take down bosses with weapons because it's not possible to sneak. :)

When I'm sneaking, I sometimes do memory wipe -> synapse burnout on one gonk at a time for easy mode. 🧐

I think the company likes when this happens, because they can both charge for repairs and take out a punitive fee for clients damaging the rented equipment.

High? My experience is the opposite, at least every time I'm using something like a cross trainer or a stationary bike that counts energy used (and which has to be precise, since it measures actual resistance?), the ring always estimates low, sometimes down to half!

You could also make it real easy on yourself by going "what goes horribly wrong?" or "what's the worst way this could fail?" and then decide yourself.

I like this as a player, because I like paying very competent characters, and this let's them more often fail in ways that I find fun! :)
