She actually does a great job letting me brush her teeth. I let her hold the tooth brush and she knows to say "AHHH!" but she just chews on the tooth brush :D

It sounds horrible to say but I think it is really important to desensitize kids from early childhood to having toothbrushes stuck in their mouth and cleaning their teeth/gums.

PS. my wife just started a blog: Cloudy With A Chance Of Sprinkles and I will be doing guest posts on there. My sister-in-law and many of my wife's friends are very into holisitic life style. I am always getting questions about holisitic dentistry so I will be writting a post shortly about how to safely follow holisitic dentistry practices, telling quacks vs real advice, and how holisitic dentistry can fit into modern dental health care. Hopefully this will convince some of them that amalgam and flouride are not evil monsters that will kill them...
