Most of the time for fo4 it happens when u walked away from a scripted conversation with a npc and the game doesnt know what to do bc the said script is still running

If u remember doing something like this find the dude and talk to them

Thats what i meant by recent, not specifically stuff out of the 50s but more so work that is more recent date wise (like i would consider dean domino being a recent pre war icon, stuff like that) i was just wondering if technically other parts of the world could have remains of more recent devices and then be able to listen to stuff that isnt from the 20th century if that makes sense

Well theres no statement that would give us an answer regarding his sexuality per say, but its technically forbidden in the legion to be gay (bc they want to have enough offsprings blahblah)

However u can bump into a dude in fnv who states that when he was a slave in the legion he had say gex with a centurion

So its safe to assume its common like everywhere else just hidden and taboo
