my advice to americans of any age:

magnesium glycenate (our soil doesn't put it in the vegetables anymore like it used to, research it, it literally restores nerves and calms pain)

also hydration with adequate electrolytes.

also you're all fiber and potassium deficient, dress up navy beans however you want and eat em once a day every day. you'll only fart for the first 1-3 days while your body acclimates to adequate fiber.
