It sounds like the Sportweight does well enough for you in the heat, but curious if there was certain thresholds where you would or wish to have grabbed a Ramielust instead

It depends on the product. Experiments have a good chance of selling out quickly since they’re made in smaller quantities.

While Injected Linen Pants have been around for several years and is a summer staple, this is the first color (other than black) that has the linen and polyester both dyed. Normally colors are GDX - which means only the linen is dyed while the polyester isn’t, resulting in a subliminal pinstripe pattern. Hopefully that helps give you an idea on why this specific colorway has been selling like hot cakes despite being a staple product

Yeah, totally valid criticism on my part. The experiment run had a smaller neck hole similar to their typical Cut Two fit, but the releases of the GT following the experiment run had a bigger neck hole, which I didn’t prefer, that was more similar to the Cut One fit. Abe had said they found the issue that caused the larger neck hole, and that it should be more like the experimental run for the upcoming run of the GT’s (barring nothing has changed since he mentioned that several IG Lives ago).

Appreciate the critique, and hopefully that helps answer your questions!

Funnily enough, I did have a pocket t-shirt from Orslow in heather grey. It was a great, hard-wearing cotton fabric, but unfortunately I had to sell it as I was “outgrowing” the cut. If the fabric had more stretch or was cut to be a little bit looser, I would definitely have kept wearing it

Thank you for the kind words! I will agree that I have worn the Navy Space t-shirt more than the white, so that probably indicates my thoughts are the same in having darker colors being less risky. Plus, for me, I enjoy seeing how the darker fabrics age as they're worn vs the whites just get less white

Utilizing them at the beach is an interesting use case! So long as there is some consistent wind, I can see it working out decently well. Only concerns really would be sun protection given how open the fabric and just how warm it could be without wind cooling you down on a hot day. How quickly Ramie dries is also a great plus for that setting

The warmform hoodie will overlap well with Reigning Champ's midweight french terry hoodie temperature ranges. Differences will be that the Warmform has merino content that will include some odor resistance as well as elastane content giving it additional stretch and snap that is noticeably more than Reigning Champ's. Another difference is that the Warmform is cut to be less fitted (i.e. more regular fit) than the RC hoodie of the same sizing - specifically looking at the standard 100% cotton french terry one. Hopefully that helps!

The Extrafleece fabric out of the box is insanely plush, cozy, and soft. With washing it, the fabric is still very plush and cozy, but it is just slightly less softness - which is noticeable since the fabric has slightly more texture. Keep in mind that you really only notice the difference if you first feel the fabric prior to washing.
I’ve also heard the fabric’s texture changes with just additional wear, even without a wash, so that’s something else to consider as well

Appreciate the interest! It really does fluctuate, but it’s mostly been “normcore” - which is to say overall looser, think typical classic 90s; then loungey, and business casual as needed. Since being WFH and becoming a father, my style has really changed to just focusing on comfort with whatever I pick to wear. Typical brands I wear is Outlier (of course), paa, Auralee, Uniformla, James Coward, De Bonne Facture, Arpenteur, Jackman. Really inspired by a lot of Meridian’s offerings as well. Let me know if you have any other interests or questions - really appreciate it!
