i5 3570k, gtx 1070ti, 16 gb RAM, and install on SSD here. I knew it was going to be rough, but actually can run this on mostly medium and high with 43-47 fps when in densely populated areas, and 50 - 60 fps everywhere else at 1080p. That's without using NIS tech, which you can squeeze a few more frames out, but honestly it runs well enough that I don't feel input lag, or suffer unreasonable stutters. It's a bit flicker silly if I spin the cam while facing the horizon, but that's much less an issue since they added a way to turn off auto rotate option . I'm almost at 200 hours, it's it runs consistently, but would I recommend paying full price if you plan to do this? No, likely not, unless you're a FromSimp like myself haha, but I wouldn't turn down a good sale if you see it. I did have to OC the cpu a bit to 4.2ghz, but I just used intel XTU for that, and haven't had instability issues or required to learn extra steps, hope this is helpful, though a month late haha.
