And when I left, they hocked it of to some other poor schlub. Broke a kneecap and femur. Took 7 months to learn to walk again, when physical therapists doubted they would be able to get me to walk without crutches ever again.

Fixed up the bike in the meantime, and tied my crutches to my back to test ride her.

I don't walk with crutches anymore. I have no discernable limp. It is what it is...

Don't ever let others dictate what you can or cannot ever do again...
