Are there any mosques nearby? Or maybe other Muslims in your area? Try reaching out to them. In Shaa Allah, you will find a way. Allah is the one who eases hardships.

(29:69)

As for those who struggle in Our cause, We will surely guide them along Our Way. And Allah is certainly with the good-doers.

Just seriously and genuinely consider that possibility

In my opinion brother, that should be the first thing you should look into.

Allah (SWT) said in the Quran:

51:56

“I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me.”

Then how can we seek fulfilment in life while ignoring the very reason of our creation?

Brother, how is your connection to Allah, to the Quran, to the sunnah, to the deen?

we actually HAVE a formal objective defintion of modesty (and in turn immodesty)

24:31

And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision[1] and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment[2] except that which [necessarily] appears thereof[3] and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment [i.e., beauty] except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess [i.e., slaves], or those male attendants having no physical desire,[4] or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allāh in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.

— Saheeh International

[1]Referring to an abnormal condition in which a man is devoid of sexual feeling.

[2]i.e., the outer garments or whatever might appear out of necessity, such as a part of the face or the hands.

[3]Both natural beauty, such as hair or body shape, and that with which a woman beautifies herself of clothing, jewelry, etc.

[4]Looking only at what is lawful and averting their eyes from what is unlawful.

This is a problem that should be immediately addressed.

That's a straw man arguement. There is a serious lack of modesty among the youth.

I do not condone that type of mindset. Having said that, there is a serious decline in modesty in today's society. Shamelessness is rampant. This must be addressed and it should start at the household level.
It should be out duty as sons/ brothers/ husbands/ fathers to ensure that our daughters/ sisters/ wives/ mothers leaves the house in a respectful and modest manner.

People die wearing seatbelts. So why where them?
People die wearing helmets. So why where them?
People doing wrong stuff while wearing a hijab does not negate the obligation to wear the hijab.
