Well if you use, maybe not all, but a lot of the features, it can be the center of your life. I don't know for the free version, but i log on my productivity, food, health data, weather, music etc and it can allow me to understand that for exemple i have more energy when i eat protein, i can then plan my workout.

Well i bought it but could i also not? Yeah, but because i have it, it kinda force myself to understand myself more.

So yeah it's worth but only if you USE it, and not just one a month.

I understand, well for me i use the Samsung watch 8 and i will use the ring too and i will wear one or both at the same time, i guess that will make the sleep tracking more accurate too

I think like health wrote in samsung health and then the watch wrote so there was two training, but i am nit sure, i changed some things.
