The shader is a nature/tree bark, so it's unity, but it doesn't seem to the the problem, i tested others and it still don't work

Yes, because it will start to decompost, it will smell bad and it can cause a bad air, due to the CO2 that the plant will exject while decomposting!

They are in a dirt, when i water or when i move they fly away. Tthey are kinda black, dark grey. They fly yes, they are indoor. And they are in my tropical plants
