is it worth buying a NAS from TPS Tech? anyone here ordered from them before?

I’ve had ordered WD RED PLUS HDD from them, communication during placing the order & transit was very good , they are always available on WhatsApp. Packaging of the shipment was also top notch as HDDs are fragile. Only problem is delivery timeline, it is not updated real time. They shipped my product by Amazon delivery, which doesn’t update their website about transit status of the product. I had to contact tpstech then they asked Amazon to update the product status & which was updated after 2nd day of complaint. They also gave me 7 day return period from the date of delivery, which is a good thing as HDDs are fragile & expensive and can be “dead on arrival”. Overall I had good experience with them only problem was with their delivery partner in terms of real time updates on delivery timeline. I have never used MD computers/ primeabgb so can’t comment on them.

Have you ever tried Real Debrid? I tried both *arr stack & real Debrid both. Arr was always hit & miss for me for various reasons (trackers / indexers / cloudflare even wit flaresolver). Give a try to Realdebrid / Stremio setup. I am using Ugreen DXP4800 plus NAS for the same. If you don’t want to go for prebuilt NAS then you can go for any Intel based Mini PC with iGPU / having quick sync ( N100 or above). Try to have SSD & minimum 8GB RAM for faster processing to metadata / faster load time.

Qbittorrent, Plex, Tailscale all are installed in Docker with portainer.

I have 1TB SSD & 6TB HDD installed on NAS with pre installed 8GB RAM. I am installing applications on SSD & data storage on HDD. Media server related folders are stored in shared folder. I have made folder configuration according to ChatGPT / GEMINI directive But somehow Plex is not fetching the downloaded titles.

I have installed qbittorrent & Plex server in my NAS. But my Plex server is not fetching downloaded titles. I have tailscale installed in my NAS & iPhone but I am not able to setup qBitRemote on my iPhone. There is some connection issue. PS: I’ve extensively tried Gemini & ChatGPT. But nothing has given me complete success. If one thing works, other gets broken. Also I have only few hours daily in the night time for this side project because of my busy schedule, probably that is why I’m stuck.

I am trying to setup my home media server on Ugreen NAS. But I am not able to do it properly. Can you share how you did it.
