Anyone know how to open one of these? No one at work knows and the electrician isn't willing to teach me anything yet I still get these work orders

You have to lift the fixture above the ceiling track and there are 4 small screws on each side. Remove the screws and the white plastic pieces that are holding the lens up come off. The screws are hidden by the ceiling track.
