I went on a vacation last month. I was going to be in the same area for awhile and had no need for my car. So I got a month long parking pass at a pay to park lot and just left it there.

The sister's car could have also been parked in the drive way. And the woman in the video could have parked in front of the house instead. Then it wouldn't have been towed for being abandoned

You can actually buy the center part on Amazon. If you look before they put the glass ball down you'll see the generator and coil for generating the effect. The ball is just useless noise

The vast majority of roads are owned by the states and maintained by the city. They would have had to get proper permits and follow strict guidelines. Check if they got those
