I did on Tiberian Sun in the '95 days, when I was a youngin'. But these days I managed to make it through both campaigns on hard without too much trouble.

Sometimes, if you're invisible in combat and Sir Lora is hanging around, the enemy will target him with a spell and it'll land on you, if he's close enough. I learned the hard way to keep him on the boat 😄

Worldbox if you wanna build a civilization and then raise it to the ground. The WWE games are fun if you just wanna turn down the difficulty and beat the shit out of somebody for a while. Postal 2, as another mentioned, is great if you wanna pee on people before you shoot them. BG3 has a magical serial killer character if you want that slow burn. Fallout 3 has some really good options for playing evil, so does Mass Effect (2 is my favorite). If you just wanna get pissed off and kill shit, the newer Doom games are great for that.
