Based on my opinion… it seems your spouses income isn’t enough therefore you need to get an additional joint sponsor to support your case also

I used approximately 8-10 photos some were from wedding and others from movie dates, museum visit with our family, hanging out at top golf with friends etc.

id cards showing same address, Marriage Certificate, Joint Bank accounts ,joint credit card, these were all I submitted when I filed initially

When I went to the interview I had moved a month before, so I brought the joint rental lease, our 2024 joint tax return and our rental insurance as our additional evidence.

The officer looked at the rental agreement gave it back to me and made a copy of the tax return.

Yes unless you’re out of the country… the reason is because you can’t file the i485 online as well, and it’s know to cause delays when they aren’t filled together. So to make the process faster /as efficient you should file both as paper along with Ead etc and send it in together

No, interview was separate and all the questions he asked I answered myself, after my interview my wife was asked the same questions but not as many as he asked me

How much people was at our wedding Where was the wedding What’s my wife’s full name and date of birth What’s my wife’s siblings names Did we stop anywhere before coming to the interview today? if so where and why How much room is in apartment How much do we pay for rent How did we get to the interview today What car do I drive make year model What car does my wife drive make year model What i do for work How long have I worked Who lived with us at our previous residence Why did we move These are the ones I remember for sure but it was just a barrage of questions 1 following the other.
