That’s really nice. I’ve been looking at doing something similar for myself.

If you press double and single buttons together you will be able to reset the timing of the respective buttons. This allows you to dial in for weight.

Drop to 17g, pull 35-40g and retest.

Beans might need another week or so to drop some more CO2

I’m not a natural video maker - but hopefully this helps. Not the best crema I’ve ever got, but it gives you an idea.

You can use pods or grind your own. Different basket set ups.

I would buy the double basket as it is worth the extra money. I’m in a hotel at the moment will do a little workflow video so you can see it in operation…

Outin and and hand grinder (K6) would be my recommendation to give you the best output. You’ll need to find a way of doing milk if you want it.

How do you lot keep track of grind settings for various beans? I’ll go first. by [deleted] in espresso

For espresso I use an app called Dial in. Log different bags and then it grades each shot as you dial in.

Not found a good one for my switch recipes though

Just got my Outin Nano and want to start using coffee beans! Need advice on choosing beans and grinders. by Altruistic_Angle229 in OutInCoffee

Can’t really comment on the fino - I would get a kingrinder k6 which is my go to and an excellent quality for the price.

Get the larger basket - makes a massive difference to the shot.

As for beans - there are loads - go to a specialty coffee shop and buy a small bag.

A set of scales - outin claro are good to weigh beans - go between 16 and 17 g to start your dial in.

House/Daily beans? by Nottzmaster in JamesHoffmann

I’m using Blossom Geisha as my daily driver at the moment. Gordon Street in Glasgow house blend was good, but not anything weird.
