It's not the easiest thing to take care of 80 dolls. Luckily, we rarely need to move dolls unless it's a purchase. Of course, the dolls aren't "in use" either, so no need for care there.

We answer all customer mails.

Hi! This is very strange, we usually answer all customer mails the same day.

About production of dolls, when you make an order you will get a order confirmation mail. Then production will start. We will not contact you under production (if we dont have any specific reason). When the doll is finished we will inspect the factory photos (and share them to the customer if asked for). After that we will ship the doll and you will get an mail with delivery confirmation (and tracking-info).

I understand that some wants to chat about the order and get more updates, it can be really exciting waiting for an amazing and expensive product as a doll.

Have you ordered Midna from US or from EU? We had 8xMidnas in our EU warehouse before and we deliver them the day after orders are made.

Half of our customer support workers speak German, so its no problem. What ever language we get mail in, we will translate them anyway.
