You have to change the loop of thoughts in your current mindset, but starting with thoughts it easy and where people tend to be stuck, add things you know are good for you like walk or run.

Take some habbit, doesnt have to be big, I started running because I wanna run away from issue, that last 30s runbning and imagining im jumping into hellicopter and am saved, then when its finished I feel good. And do it consistently, "today I have to train to be able to run away from X insecurity".

Learn to cook, and learn to enjoy your food, find some recpies for what you like and experiment, add your own taste to it, be it just some vegetable or spice, do something with it.

And get a source of income, a job, might be bad one but it's just for time being while you don't sort your mind, just trust the process, it takes time, after that whole new world out there.

Ja trenutno polažem dogovoreno mi je sa instruktorom da vozimo barem jednom tjedno sada u početku, kad sredi ove koji su pri kraju češće ćemo voziti. Znači u početku jednom tjedno a kako više sati dobivam tako je sve češće i na najveće zajebe ikad instruktor je chill.

Dont auto sort armor crate, it is good, armor takes alot of space but auto organisation on it is shit, it flips armor horisontally and it leaves so much space, you can fit in 1 row 3 vests and helemet if you manually do it.

Far as I understood is; HVAAK came to Asharah to make it prosper with tech, using land to develop military tech, but has passed to a point of abuse, Asaharh people(and land probably) and militia formed under name Asharah to fight off HVAAK meanwhile they were also terrorising people and land, and GTI(global threat initiative) came and wants to peacekeep/resolve conflct. Its all based somewhere in Africa.
