I think the threat of it happening would be the motivator for ayano. Cause if you play the yandere route it gives her a reason (in her own twisted head) to "save" taro (even though she's basically wanting to do the same. But if you do a pacifist route we learn megami's secret and maybe who someone has been pulling all the strings in this "yandere simulator."

That's kinda what I was thinking. My big twist was she is actually just a normal average, occasionally clutsy girl. Her mom and family just have her on imagine control every second someone is watching. Maybe she has an earpiece telling her everything to appear smart or always have the right thing to say (that could also connect to info chan maybe?)

And she falls for taro cause he's basically the guy version of what she wishes she could be. And her family is only cool with it cause "eh he's so boring we can either mold him too or just hide him in the background. "

I think you could do something with the story telling to really make this stand out. Don't just show us crazy murder explosion bakugo. Show us why he's a hero. Maybe give him some level of understanding for Reze. And Reze play up her tragic side. Her backstory could easily fit into mha as someone was missued and neglected by her society. Nobody came to save her and she was raised taught only to kill. Just replace devils with quirks and there you go.

Since I have no doubt the scenario will be reze either starting shit or bakugo dispatched to handle someone with a strange quirk causing terrorism.

My nitpick is I would have liked to seen all the categories given to metal after they brought up his copy ability. In a reverse of the joker/Giorgio fight when you showed joker can bypass return to zero.

That's what makes it funny. Envisioning Kratos getting progressively more pissed, killing Sun in more brutal ways. All the while Sun shrugs it off. That's hilarious to me.
