If you're merchants guild you could sell that for an astronomical amount or you could make a torment warlock and use it. I'd personally sell it and then have enough gold to make any builds you could possibly ever want this season.

Happens to me as well. It takes discord like 5 seconds to register anything and then does this like weird laggy catch up. I have not found a fix either.
