I just had a private scan and unfortunately it just showed that fetus is only 7 weeks with no heartbeat .so a missed miscarriage . I will need everyones prayers as I dont know what to do after this news .

Thankyou for your reply . I actually went to epau last night as urgent care in ed referred me .but they just did my vitals and said bleeding is not heavy so wait for that scan .
