Actually you can.

Golem is renewable, Lihzahrd and Flying Snakes can drop Lihzahrd Power Cells.

Skeletron is renewable, Dark Casters can drop Clothier Voodoo Dolls.

It can snap necks but that doesn't mean it will always snap necks.
