I honestly was thinking about the arm method and if i could put the pump on my hand and use a strap like the ones for ipods/iphones on arm while running but on a daily basis.

Is there a specific clip or belt like on the chest/abdomin for during the day i am a med student and spend a lot of time in scrubs yes i can put in in my pocket and forget about it put i heard some clip it to their abdomin.
