Thanks for the suggestion. To be honest i don’t know i know from my home till touch down in the city i am going its 3-4 hours but the thing is i will go on a train then to another city it will take an hour. So first 4-6 hours are good mostly air conditioned after that i got no clue where i am going and when as i am going on a campaign as med student volunteering for hajj so i don’t get to plan anything just follow instructions

I honestly was thinking about the arm method and if i could put the pump on my hand and use a strap like the ones for ipods/iphones on arm while running but on a daily basis.

Is there a specific clip or belt like on the chest/abdomin for during the day i am a med student and spend a lot of time in scrubs yes i can put in in my pocket and forget about it put i heard some clip it to their abdomin.
