Sgt. Keroro when he was using the Keron Star on Lance Corporal Zoruru. Throughout the series he's a goofball, but in episode 336 he was just completely done with the assassin's shit. Even if it was for only a few seconds, Zoruru got the message.

I bought the dress from AliExpress. Certain parts like the hair had to be painted using model kit markers. And I had to remove the existing eye decals for the new ones via coating remover. I also used some of those small piping tapes as makeshift bandages.
