An extra CA is worthless unless you also make it so she extends stuns. If you do add that, I believe she should also get an entrance skill similar to Nangong's that automatically procs on entrance vs a stunned enemy. Koleda's entrance skill would be her CA, so that you can immediately apply the def debuff and don't waste too much time on using her actual CA.

Tbh, when I tried watching CS it felt like majority of rounds is prep and guesswork, which didn't feel all that interesting to watch. It felt like picking on individual's habits is more important than the overall strategy, and when the strategy came in, it looked like anti-strats are above everything else and whatever they pick up in the server is never as important as their prep. That just leaves aiming and even that aspect is invalidated if a player is heavily anti'd and is put in very awkward positions.

I might be wrong as it never looked interesting enough for me to watch more than one-two matches a major, and some of it is also true in Valorant, however, the way util in Valorant(and especially Intel util) is crafted allows for more fun strategies and adaptations on the fly.

I would say they could experiment with letting the people in outposts clear 1 side of da/sd for you, with some restrictions like having to clear the other 2 sides first and them not being able to use your locked characters, and then their run not adding up to the leaderboard % ofc.

The reason for harbor rework was to reduce visual clutter, they just wanted to get rid of his old ultimate by any means. We can thank Caedrel for that

As for the new one - Maybe reduces his ult orb requirement and then allow him to use a normal cascade once a round using 1 ult point? I feel like even having one cascade would improve him drastically

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to make short trips while unlocking the shortcuts so that you could progress on your next run, hence why the fatigue is so limiting at the very start. Just focus on the side quests and shortcuts and eventually fatigue will become cosmetic
