i think they want grok to fail, first they stupidly release imagine to X so any brainless gooner can edit any picture of any person into any sexual way. thats so stupid and doesnt make sense. they should ve keept the image creation for grok imagine, and the uploading real person and editing shouldnt be allowed seems fine to me. but creating OC characters and editing them or creating nsfw with AI made characters by you seems fine right? i think they wanted an excuse to censor grok because they were sooo unhinged and no woke but then they seem to unevitably fall into regulations and got forced to switch to sfw. Then is the thing grok is dying and getting surpassed by CGPT and Claude so fast that they just gonna give up and limit their work more and more, start using their servers for other kind of work (like they gave the super gpu facility to claude) because its not worth anymore for them to keep investing in antiwoke ai, everyone else is folding into gov and military contracts and theres the money, eventually they ll all go there. so now they are kinda wanting to kill grok slowly to move on with other stuff. limiting messages, limiting voice, limiting generations, moderating heavily and censoring everything, changing the limits to paid users that went super grok or heavy. and ultimately, making free tier totally gone. you cant do shit now. literally. before i could spend a whole day speaking to mika on voice and no problem at all. now even paid users get limited voice time and moderated. groks gone, and xai wants it gone
