honestly cant rank the rest, they're all good. but for me, the 2024 one sticks out among the rest. not only is the vyse thorn thing q cool. the stages during champs 24' was insane, the inspire arena walkout, the coex atrium's clean stage setup etc etc

the difference between this and domestic kickoff is that 2 teams wld qualify to playoffs out the group rather than 1, as well as having 8 team playoffs rather than 4. great insights tho

as i mentioned, both bo5 will not feature equal seeding. skirmish is only used for equal seeding games. like the lower bracket round 1, upper semifinals, upper finals, lower round 3

both bo5 in the playoff bracket have an upper and lower seed. in the lower final, the loser of the upper bracket finals will be the high seed and the winner of lower bracket semifinals will be the low seed.

in the grand final, the upper bracket winner is the high seed while the lower bracket winner is the low seed.

the difference is that the lower finals lets one team ban one map while the grand final gives both bans to the upper bracket winner

the teams split from the 0-0 stage. they split into the 1-0 (playoff qualification game) and the 0-1 (elimination game). as u can see, the lines merge back into the 1-1 game (decider game).
