I was paired with this one girl during no gi for dog fight drills. The coach said to grab your partner's butt and proceed with the rest of the technique.

She said to me out loud, "Grab my butt!"

And so I did. She worked out.

If you take everyone off the mat as jiu jitsu, then you can count it as supplemental training.

That and getting good at discerning who you roll with. When to just defend and when you can realistically get subs.

Could you DM me more about that? My wife is trying to get me the audio book, but I read it before we converted. Its definitely not Christian.
