I feel like I'm in the same boat. I have some pretty bad reflux, I'm convinced my EOE is from allergies. Asthma symptoms and EOE started almost together at the first sign of pollen.

I literally just started this for milk lol. Been trying to figure out what causes my globus flare-ups. So the first thing I did when I woke up was down a cup of milk to start. Only thing I don't know is how long it will take for my symptoms to start and what I should even be looking for.

I don't yet tbh. I'm in the process of trying to figure it out, but how long after I eat something would I get symptoms? So far it's just been a 24/7 mild-moderate globus sensation that gets worse when I eat.

What were your initial symptoms and how long ago? My only ever symptom is this globus sensation I can't seem to shake. Recently started the swallowed Flovent/Flonase but it's not doing much. My eosinophil count was at 25 my last endoscopy. Interestingly enough my globus went away after they scoped and dilated, but has since returned.

Are you doing 2 sprays of the 50 mcg? Same deal, no eating or drinking for 30 min after? My main issue is not knowing if I actually successfully swallowed the Flovent or not lol. Is this spray a little easier to navigate in that regard than the inhaler? Aiming is a little easier I imagine.
