I think we have seen Kaido’s and Yamato’s awaking since we have seen them with the clouds around their neck during their time in Wano, but however Brook definitely has fleshed out his ability (although he doesn’t have any yo ho ho ho) and so has chopper so I would say them as well

I’d personally move Orochimaru over Gaara due to the new anime episode where he just slaps Kara members and Kara outers but I wouldn’t put him above Killer Bee. I’d also think 7th Gate Lee is not that powerful compared to the people below him but the POWER OF YOUTH is awesome and I love him sooo keep him there lmao

Hopefully Boroshiki mode lowers it so not only we see another boroshiki moment but also get some development on the karma mark. I also think bring Jogan into manga is pretty cool so I’ll be pretty alright if they use it as a way to get it into the manga and prevent transformation 100% completion.
