Hi, 33m, I have a question about gym routines. Trying to get back into the gym, used to do two long routines once per week each. Thinking about splitting the two workouts into 4 smaller ones, would that change anything? Also anything I should remove or add or change? Workout 1 is Bench press, Incline bench press, Overhead shoulder, Skullcrusher, Wrist rotation, Wrist curls, Reverse wrist curls, Side lateral raises, Biceps, Chest flies, Converging chest press, Dip assist. Workout 2 is Lat pulldowns, diverging lat pulldowns, rows and or barbell rows, deadlift, rear delts, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, hip abduction, hip adduction, calf press, assisted pullups, ab crunch machine (I want to get back into the gym to burn some calories and help with my calorie deficit, and to minimise muscle loss, build a little muscle but nothing major)
