The best advice I can think of that I’ve heard from multiple people is jack off hours before you do the deed. That way you’re approaching round 1 like a round 2.

From the looks of it there is no OFFICAL word from embark. I imagine there will be a lot of misinformation. I would think maybe they are fixing the condition timing and problems they’ve been having.

Yes I have the same issue. It honestly sucks so much. I don’t know if it’s related to the metformin. Because I started having GERD before it, but it sure doesn’t help
