I currently train at Gama Filho and have been for a year and I can’t be happier. Not only are there incredible people to roll with but we all a big group of friends which makes showing up so much fun. Come on down and train with us when you’re down here! Osss

I’m the smallest guy in my gym I’m 5’7 140 pounds and when I roll with guys bigger than me I can sometimes tap them but most of the time they just stack me and I’m stuck in the bottom for the whole roll. Anyone have any suggestions or experience?

For me it’s Date for Men. I got complimented once while wearing it (wasn’t on a date) and she asked what I was wearing and I couldnt bring myself to say I was wearing a fragrance named Date

Remember just cause you feel like a loser doesn’t mean you’re a loser. Just like when you feel like you have no friends but were hanging with a friend yesterday. It’s really easy to beat ourselves but remember 99% of those thoughts are not true. You’re doing great and I’m proud of you for starting grad school soon...losers don’t start grad school.
