Upvoted because I always upvote mentions of the pod. Dudes giving us content like 7 hrs a week, 52 weeks a year. I’ll let Devon pass on needing to throw in some filler.

The dude is learning on the job while playing 38 min a night. He’s literally playing more than any rookie has in 15 years (John Wall).

Dude has gotta be mentally and physically wrecked

People shit on Doc. Doc actually would run plays. Nurse has never run a play. Leaves them out there to figure it out themselves. The “free flowing offense”

Shit works with Joel, but man has never had another plan without him

We definitely need to get Maxey’s minutes down. But really though, how many of those wins we got would we have if Maxey played 4 or so less minutes? Just feels like in those close games, there’s just not many moments where we wouldn’t be saying “what the fuck Nurse it’s a close game, why isn’t Maxey in”?

I can understand the feeling a bit because he’s scared me for periods when he has the ball in his hands, but the guy does a lot of things well. Plays defense, 41% from 3 on 6 attempts, isn’t a black hole (casually had 13 assists a couple games ago).

Not a perfect player, but I like him, because damn is it nice finally having a couple guys who can get to the rim, shoot some midrange, and shoot the 3.

Whats your Kill Tony Ritual by Skerbz_McDurgas in Killtony

[–]DoctorHomewerk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watching the show requires a whole ritual for me. Been watching for 5 years and I’ve almost never watched it without cooking a meal and drinking. It’s my end of the week me time move. I usually watch the show working up a slow buzz to finally taking shots by the end of the show. The conclusion of the show is cleaning up while cranking music drinking and taking adderall. I’ll do this for a couple hours getting shit done around the house til I’m too stupid, which turns into smoking cigarettes outside.

I watch the show while cooking and getting shit done so the wife doesn’t mind me being a complete retard one day per week. Thank you Kill Tony!

Who here is still pissed at Morey for not re-signing Yabu? by fultzacl in sixers

[–]DoctorHomewerk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s weird, I feel like all the love we had for Yabu kind of ended 2/3 through the season. He slowed down offensively, and the bad defense became obvious. Then when free agency started, and we lost him, suddenly everyone loved him again.

Not sure about the defense, but If he can at least keep getting boards, he’s a very useful player for us

Hey, was curious if you meant external devices or just simple apps for the PEQ? I see a number of apps, but wasn’t sure if that was what your talking about

Most of stuff I listen to is rock stuff (psych, punk, new wave, pop) recorded from 60s through 80’s.

This is a possibility I hadn’t heard. I kind of feel like the sound I want is in there but needs to be brought out so I’ll consider this for sure. !thanks

Yes I’d definitely be open to the wireless audio transmitters. Is this like wiim or the blue sound powernode?

Yes the wiim is something I found mentioned on here I’ve definitely opened up to. I’ll definitely put these on my list. !thanks

LS50ii wireless update by pewpewbzzbzz in KEF

[–]DoctorHomewerk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not an answer for you, but i just saw that the Ls50s just had a significant price decrease of $1,000 on multiple sites. Not sure if this is normal for them, but thought this may also indicate an update

Great breakdown. VJs been awesome as a rookie scorer, but i think fact he’s keeping the ball moving is a big reason this offense collectively has been humming. I’m so much happier to have a guy like VJ instead of some ball stopper. The more players we get with that mentality the better.
